Behaviour as the key to effectiveness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In complex conversations and decision\u2011making under pressure, behaviour is often the missing piece of the puzzle. We tend to listen to what is being said, but overlook the signals in how it is said, what changes, and what remains unsaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behaviour and cognition shape everything: interactions, choices, collaboration and trust. They form an organised system of signals that reveal how someone experiences a situation. Behaviour is never noise \u2013 it is information we have not yet learned to interpret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet in practice, we still rely too often on intuition, assumptions or isolated observations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
