Below is an overview of the personal data we process. Behaviour in Mind processes personal data of training participants solely for the purpose of organising, delivering, and certifying training programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Attendance records<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Other personal data you actively provide, for example by filling in the contact form, in correspondence, or by telephone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    During training sessions, photos may be taken for atmosphere impressions or documentation. This is done only with the participant\u2019s consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer their data as described in this privacy statement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Special and\/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Our website and\/or services do not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify the age of visitors. We therefore recommend that parents remain involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data being collected without parental consent.\n\nIf you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such permission, please contact us at contact@behaviourinmind.nl and we will delete this information.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Participant data is stored for a maximum of 2 years for administrative and quality\u2011assurance purposes, unless legal retention periods require otherwise. Certification data may be retained longer if necessary to verify certificates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Behaviour in Mind only shares personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If a training programme results in a SCAnS\u00ae certificate, Behaviour in Mind may share necessary data with EmotionIntell (EIA). This concerns only the information required to issue or register the certificate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Behaviour in Mind may use cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
