Tailored Training
At Behaviour in Mind, we don’t work with standard programmes — we design training that fits the group and the context you work in. Truly tailored. Practical, in‑depth and always focused on improving real‑world decision‑making and interaction.
You know the context, we bring the behavioural insight.
That’s why we develop every training programme in co‑creation, aligned with your organisation, challenges and target group. This creates a learning trajectory that not only provides insight, but also delivers sustainable impact.
Every training:
- Challenges participants to reflect and take action.
- Can be delivered on location or in‑company.
- Connects directly to your professional practice.
- Combines theory with intensive, practice‑oriented exercises.
- Challenges participants to reflect and take action.

Conversation Techniques

From everyday conversations to high‑stakes interviews..
Effective conversations don’t happen by accident. They require structure, attention and the ability to recognise signals — and respond to them.
You will learn to:
– Structure conversations and prepare with clear intent.
– Deepen your understanding of word choice, vocal cues and interaction styles.
– Recognise patterns and influence dynamics.
– Gather information without steering too early or escalating unnecessarily.
Suitable for everyday professional conversations as well as more intensive interview or investigative settings.

Emotional Intelligence – EI

From trigger to response: discover the logic of emotion.
Emotions drive behaviour — often faster than we realise. This training provides insight into how emotions arise, how they influence others and yourself, and how to work with them effectively.
You will work on:
– Understanding stimuli, triggers and responses.
– How the brain processes emotion.
– Self‑knowledge and self‑management.
– Reading social signals and interaction dynamics.
This strengthens both your professional effectiveness and your personal leadership.
Attention & Mindfulness
Calm in your mind is strength in your actions.
Focus, attention and resilience are not luxuries — they are prerequisites for accurate analysis and sound decision‑making.
You will learn:
– Hoe stress, bias en aandacht werken in het brein.
– How stress influences perception and behaviour.
– How to strengthen focus, resilience and stress‑coping.
– How to use attention consciously in professional interactions.
Mindfulness is applied here in a practical, functional way — without any fluff.

Behavioural Analysis
Image: Six Channel Analysis System -SCAnS®- EmotionIntell
Scientific, universal and directly applicable.
Behavioural analysis is at the core of many of our training programmes. You learn to analyse behaviour systematically and in real time — even in high‑stakes situations.
This training introduces the Six Channel Analysis System (SCAnS®), focusing on how people send and read behaviour across six channels:
1. Face
2. Body language
3. Interaction Style
4. Psycho-physiology
5. Voice
6. Verbal content
The core principle: we always look at clusters of signals, compared to baseline, context and the story being told.
For more information, see the SCAnS® Certification training for professionals.
