Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process

Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify the age of visitors. We therefore recommend that parents remain involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data being collected without parental consent. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

Behaviour in Mind only shares personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

If a training programme results in a SCAnS® certificate, Behaviour in Mind may share necessary data with EmotionIntell (EIA). This concerns only the information required to issue or register the certificate.
